If you are getting bored of your plain old keyboard, you might be interested with the Azio Retro Classic range of keyboards. Modern keyboards have not changed much except for the addition of garish multi-colored LED backlighting that the gamer crowd are into. In fact, there is actually a pretty big market for keyboards with old-fashioned clicky mechanical keys. The Azio Retro Classic keyboards take this fondness for mechanical keys a step further with classy looking keyboards that are inspired by vintage typewriters.
The retro round keys on the Azio Retro Classic keyboards is reminiscent of old typewriters and each key is crafted with a high level of detail that just screams steampunk. Depending on the model, the classic and elegant look of the keyboard is further enhanced with either a leather or real wood top plate. Both look really good but we totally fell in love with the wooden look on the Elwood model. All the keys have leather finishing while the keyboard frame is forged from Zinc aluminum alloy and plated into a beautiful chrome or satin finish. Every bit of the keyboard just screams luxury and class.
However, that doesn’t mean the Azio Retro Classic keyboards are all just looks. Each keyboard features clicky mechanical keys that don’t just look pretty but are very functional too. The backlighting is gorgeous and greatly enhances visibility in the dark without being glaring.

However, this is not meant to be a portable keyboard that you carry around with you. Bluetooth connectivity is optional and the keyboard works with both Macs and PCs. The Bluetooth version comes with a fairly huge 6000 mAh battery which no doubt added significant weight to the keyboard. Charging is via a USB Type-C port at the back.
