Credit Card Sized Knife
The Iain Sinclair Cardsharp2 Folding Knife is a knife that folds and unfolds origami-like into an object roughly the size of a credit card. When folded, the Carsharp2 is perfectly safe to handle and can be easily stored in the card compartment of a wallet or purse. When unfolded, the blade has a 65mm long cutting edge and is made from surgical blade technology that ensures longer lasting sharpness.
The Iain Sinclair Cardsharp2 Folding Knife is an update of the original Cardsharp knife. The new design features a stiffer, polypropylene body (living hinges guaranteed for life) and a unique safety lock (cannot open in pocket or drawer and is child proof). To deploy the blade, just unlock the safety lock, flip the blade over to expose it and then fold the two opposing corners of the card to form the blade handle. There are small holes and plastic protrusions that help to keep the handle locked in place. To turn the blade back into a card, just do the steps in reverse.
This folding knife is not meant for tough jobs although the blade is pretty sharp. What it is good for is as an emergency blade that is much more convenient to carry around compared to a folding knife or even a multi-tool because it fits nicely into your wallet.
